Instructions:

DO NOT PULL ON ONE END AT A TIME. PULLING ON ONE END AT A TIME COULD DAMAGE YOUR RETRACTO.

To Extend:

With equal force, pull on both ends to your desired length (a click determines a locking point).

To Retract:

Pull lightly on both ends until you hear a “click” and then release.

What if I already pulled on one end?

Short answer: Your Retracto is jammed, but don't sweat it, because it can easily be fixed.

To unjam: Simply pull both ends with good force until your Retracto is fully extended (don't be shy).
